My “Interpretive Works” are firmly grounded in photography but attempt to capture a way of seeing that photography alone cannot. These images represent my impressions of my subjects, not what I actually saw through the viewfinder. They are interpretations of my original photographs that try to explain how I experienced the subject matter. They are highly subjective, leaving the original images open to reinterpretation in the future. [Interpretations (and reinterpretations) are presented above in the order in which they were created. In some cases the original photographs are presented elsewhere on the website.]
